Our web development team redesigned the website’s frontend earlier this year and has been hard at work creating a user-friendly web based application that plans, manages and schedules workout routines. The new custom built app is now live. Our programming wizards and web design crew have built a fitness scheduling and workout routine building app that contains a library of more than 950 different exercises. All exercises include either videos or animated illustrations to ensure your form is correct, as well as detailed instructions on how to properly perform the exercise. In addition, exercises are categorized according to muscle groups and available equipment, allowing for easy searching and drag and drop planning of workout routines.
